Oh yeeeeah, I totally FINALLY finished watching Avatar: The Last Airbender yesterday, man, I don't think they could have handled that ending any better. I had no idea what they were going to do to sum up. But it worked SO well for the 4-11 age demographic while still appealing to me as a 20 y/o and many others over my age group also.

I'm greatly impressed, I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone on my f-list (besides yukina_raven who has in fact already seen it and is probably the main reason why I decided to watch it this holidays, thanks Yukina =D) so check it out if you get the chance people! It took me probably around a year of having it sitting on my HDD before I got around to it, but now that I have I wish there was more to see. So check it.

Also, it's beginning to look a lot like Christmas. Only at work really, a few weeks back they started changing in new products, then last week the decorations went up and tonight I noticed the new Christmas recordings playing over the speakers.

Is it just me or does this strike panic into the hearts of you all as well? I love Christmas, but it marks the end of the year... and the end of this year... well, I'm just not looking forward to it.

Spiderman 3 is on TV right now. I've never seen it before... it sucks. Just thought I'd share lol.

I've been playing some Valkyria Chronicles lately, I went off the game for a while... and I'm not exactly sure why, but now that i'm back to it, I can definitely see all the hype that the minuscule fan base seems to build up around it =). Not that I couldn't before. It's just that... I've been reminded of it's greatness.

Well umm, I don't really have much to say today, I just felt like making an entry. But I'm out, so I'll end it here.

Firstly is dinner... since after it, I'll be free to play Little Big Planet online with Jaredman. It's taking a while but I can smell it now.

Second. MORE PAULIE SINGING!!! The Witches Of Eastwick OST is downloading... the stage version featuring Paul McDermott =D.

Thirdly. It was ALMOST done this morning, but it JUUUUUUST didn't get done in time... so I'll have to finish it over the weekend and take it to tafe on Tuesday. It's a surprise for Raphman... that isn't really that worth getting excited about. But still fun none the less =).

Other than that, a quick update of latest events in my life:

- Shooting today was a lot more fun that I'd expected but I am WIPED OUT!!! lol.

- I'm officially online via wireless connection with 3 of the appliances in my room... HOORAY FOR ABOLISHING CORDS!!! lol

- Emmatello has me listening to Lisa Mitchell on repeat now that she's mentioned the song 'Coin Laundry'

- My Auteur has been moved yet AGAIN to next Friday, and this time everythign is FINALIZED with all of my actors. I'm feeling organized =D.

- I wish I had blood in my production lol. It worked out so well today, REALISTIC FTW!!!

- Finally My September is looking to be quite eventful... I'll be sure to post a screenshot of my iCal at some point to show you... for now

OK, firstly... this is an all new low for snuggies... oh yeah, somebody went there... but it's pretty amusing =).

OK, onto entry details. I'm going shopping today for props and costume materials. I've already got most of what i need for this production. But there are a few things that I need to finalize. Like Evan's cape/fin, Lisa's Ears/tail and Jared's pincers.

Also, Evan, is there a particular kinda gel/moose/spray that works best when spiking your hair? If so, where do I get it? lol. Otherwise I'll just get the strongest stuff I can find.

I've kind of got to get onto my storyboards too. But I'm thinking if I script first I might be able get a better image of what I'm trying to make in my head before I draw it down... but I really cbf with a shooting script... it's just not necessary in this particular production.

I was gonna have a bit of an issue getting my props down to W'gong, but I organized a little something with my Mum. She'll be driving down for lunch with an old class mate from W'gong TAFE the day before my shooting day, and can taxi a few of my larger props and costumes down with her, I can set up the blue screen room, claim it as my base of operations and set up my first shoot ready for Wednesday morning =D.

Now htere's the question of 'what will go wrong?" because I've NEVER been this organized... like ever... in my LIFE lol... and I know I've missed something here. I've yet to get confirmation from Retman as to weather or not she's free that day... but seeing as she doesn't log that often that's understandable.

Other than that... provided all the costumes fit, the batteries work and the room remains free.

... Fingers crossed XD.

So... that's pretty much all that's on my mind lately, anything to do with Paul McDermott and my Auteur work. That more or less sums up my mental state right about now.

Went to see GNW again on Saturday =D. Oh man, highlight of my life right now =D. Only one taping sadly =(. But it was a great one XD. Except for this group of assholes seated behind us who were obviously lacking an evolutionary strand at some point in their DNA... but all in all they were a small hindrance compared to the epic brilliance of the whole day in general.

Also, I just got around to watching DAAS: Live In New York... it's fucking AWESOME!!! Ha ha, Oh man, I love it so much! The abuse, the rage, the violence, the voices of angels lol. Seriously you just don't GET things that reckless after the 80s XD.

EDIT: ALSO!!! THE EPIC GAY AS EPIC!!! Paul was picked up by a giant man in the audience and they ended up getting all touchy and bizarre with each other! Plus the general Paul/Tim gay. Oh and when the naked ladies carrying pineapples ran on stage they all ran around WILDLY panicked at the sight of lady bits that they were obviously unfamiliar with lol.

Hmmm... it's a slow night tonight.

There's nobody to talk to online. Everyone seems either out or busy. Not on MSN, Twitter, LJ or even through email. I can't remember the last time there's been nobody around.

So I figure I'll just write this entry, then get into something else =).

Don't know what, but that's the fun of it right? =D.

I've been thinking a lot about my Auteur project lately, and today i finalized my filming date... OMG NERVE RACKING!!!! Retman! If you're readin gthis, would you be able to stay back at tafe Wednesday after next? PLEEEEEEEEASE? You're the last (and least flexible) of my cast and/or crew I'll just need you until... like... 5:30?... Maybe?... Earlier if you really need to leave I guess, I just really want to get as much filming as possible done that day.

I'm really excited to finally be working on it =D... it's SO close! I can't believe that in only 2 weeks I'll be filming. I plan on setting up the set (whatever I happen to have of one) in the blue screen room on Tuesday night... just to save time... I think I'll have HEAPS of time behind me, but just to be on the safe side... better to have too much than not enough right? lol.

Then there's the matter of my background/foreground plates... those are going to stress me out something fierce.

I've had the bright idea of actually adding some slight animation too... which... will most likely fall through considering the time constraints... but we'll see

Watching "Shall We Dance" on TV... total chick flick and I LOVE IT ha ha ha.

Anyway, Good News Week taping tomorrow!!! =D. Maaan, I wish I had the tickets for the second show... I feel like I should get confirmation on that though... hmm... tomorrow morning perhaps...?

OK. I've actually had this entry gestating in a tab on my computer at home for nigh on a week now... and for some reason always find some reason to procrastinate and never finish it... however, now that I'm at tafe, and with none of my possessions (pencil case, drawing folder, HD, etc.) within grasp (locked with rabid teacher in a classroom), I figure now is probably a good time to get this entry finished and posted.

My apologies if it comes across rather bitsy... like I said, most of this has been written over the course of the last week.

So this is in fact my most delayed entry yet, and due to my recent slackery in that department, I figure that this will probably be a relatively long entry. I'm sorry for this, btu I promise I'll try not to ramble.

As you can tell, 3D isn't really my strong suit =P... but does it work as a fall back if I don't get anything else done?

It's been a while since my last entry. So I figure I'll catch you all up a little while I've got a little free time to fill in before Sideshow starts (since I don't feel like script tweaking lol).

OK, so TAFE started yesterday. I was totally not ready for it to start yet. Usually by the end of holidays I'm completely over home/work life and ready to get back, but this time tafe is just, not that fun. The projects are a waste of time and I just enjoy home/work a lot more now.

But anyway, turning up at tafe yesterday, it turns out that the teachers weren't quite over the criticism that i handed to them end of last term... they weren't too happy it seems.

But hey, whatever, the classes so far have gone alright, and at least it seems that Mike had a decent excuse for being so... annoyed?

Sickness is really spreading lately =P... and I'm not talking that Swine flu crap, but ACTUAL sickness ^_^;...

Aaaaaanyway, this entry is incredibly lackluster. So let's continue the mediocrity with me telling you about my AWESOME bus ride tonight =D... sure I had to wait 45 minutes for it, but the coach was luxury and comfortable, I had 2 seats to myself and the lights went off, so it was just all comfy and nice, it reminded me of... I don't know, like an excursion or something. It was great =). I enjoyed it a lot. Best trip home ever =). It even rained =D. Much better than this mornings unwinterly behavior.
